ARCAIS Inc. ("ARCAIS", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what this website (arcais.org) collects, and what it deliberately does not.
What we don't do
- No tracking cookies. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts.
- No third-party trackers. All pages are static and self-contained; no external scripts execute.
- No selling of data. We never sell or rent personal information to anyone.
What we store in your browser
If you dismiss the privacy notice, we store a single flag in your browser's local storage so we don't show it again. It contains no personal information and never leaves your device. You can remove it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
Information you choose to send us
If you submit the demo request form, we receive the details you enter (name, organisation, work email, product interest, and your message). The form is delivered to our mailbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-forwarding service that acts as a processor for this single purpose. We use your details solely to respond to your request and arrange the demonstration you asked for. We do not add you to marketing lists.
If you email us directly, we use your message and address for the same purpose: replying to you.
Hosting and technical logs
This site is served through Cloudflare's global network. Like most hosting infrastructure, Cloudflare may process connection metadata (such as IP addresses) transiently for security and performance purposes, subject to its own privacy practices. We do not use this data to identify or profile visitors.
Retention
Demo request correspondence is kept in our business mailbox for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, after which it is deleted in the normal course.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Write to help@arcais.org and we will respond promptly.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above. Because this site collects so little, changes are expected to be rare.
